How to manage users for web access to backup files

Step-by-step guide

  1. Find and select the server from the server list, then go to “Backup”
  2. Select the “Manage Backup Web Access” tab
  3. Then enable web access to backups with “Require Authentication” selected.

You should see the option for “Web Access User List.” In this list you’ll be able to:

  • Add User - you will be prompted to create a username and password
  • Change password for existing user
  • Delete user
