How to make a full backup for account

Step-by-step guide

  1. Choose a server from the server list, click “Backup”
  2. Go to the “Account Backups” tab, where you will find a list of accounts available for backup
  3. Click “Start Backup” next to the relevant account
A full backup includes files, domain configs, databases, FTP accounts, and scheduled tasks.

Once the backup file is finished writing, you will be sent an email alert with a link that you will need to follow to download the backup.

To receive the backup link by email, your server must have “Backup Access Tool” installed and running.
