In the next window you can enter the “Database Name”. The name of the database is composed of the account name and the name you enter here.
If you’re using the “Advanced” mode, you can change the character and collation settings for new data bases. The default parameters for these settings are “utf8 and utf8_general_ci” respectively.

You can control the range of allowed addresses by entering only the full IP address eg., “192.168.1.10”, the entire subnet address eg., “192.168.1.%”, or allow access to any address by just entering “%”.
